		<description><![CDATA[So the reason I haven&#8217;t updated my log in a long time is that I have a stress fracture right now.Â  Basically, I have just been swimming and aqua jogging for 1-2 hours every day since the injury.Â  I&#8217;ll start to post training again once I get close to being able to run again.
